1. The service

OpenPixel Map is a community civic-mapping platform operated by OpenPixel Studio. It is provided on an "as is" basis. Information on the map is community-contributed and may be incomplete or out of date; verify critical details independently.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for activity under your account. Don't impersonate others or create accounts to abuse the service.

3. Contributions & licensing

By submitting a place, you confirm the information is your own genuine, on-the-ground observation and not copied from a proprietary source (such as Google Maps). You grant OpenPixel Studio the right to publish your approved contribution under the Open Database License (ODbL) and to contribute it to OpenStreetMap. You confirm any photo you upload is yours to share.

4. Acceptable use

Don't submit false, misleading, unsafe, or unlawful content; don't attempt to deanonymize or harass others; don't scrape or overload the service.

5. Geographic scope

Contributions are accepted for locations within Bangladesh only, unless an approved community exists elsewhere.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OpenPixel Studio is not liable for losses arising from reliance on community-contributed information.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
